For more than 120 years, AIA Contract Documents has been the mainstay of the construction industry featuring a comprehensive suite of contractual documents that address the full spectrum of design and construction projects, large and small. Paper documents are available through distributors with the electronic options being available directly at the American Institute of Architects website.

The American Institute of Architects sets up access to Documents in several cost/program options. AIA Contract Documents offer several product options to fit your business. These range from paper documents that you complete by hand, and purchase though your local distributor, to electronic documents you can fill out on your computer and purchase right from the AIA website. The two electronic versions include single electronic documents and software licsences that provide access to our entire contract document library for one year.
